Head landscape designer Tim Flynn, a University of Guelph Landscape Architecture graduate, applies his knowledge of traditional, modern and sustainable landscapes to create unique and workable designs.
At FDC we offer a wide range of design services. From on site hand sketches to 3 dimensional colored renderings, we have a design tool for your project.
For residential clients and landscape contractors we work side by side with the utmost professionalism to ensure your ideas come to life.

OUR SERVICES
For your residential project, FDC implements a three step process to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
STEP ONE
CONSULTATION
Initial consultation takes place at your residence. You show us your space and share your vision for the area. Initial measurements and photographs of property also occur within this first meeting. We will show a small portfolio of work to explain how your designs will take shape. All payment plans will also be explained at this time.
STEP TWO
DESIGN
Congratulations your design is underway! During the design process we will remain in contact with you and schedule a midpoint consultation to ensure that the design is taking shape according to your wishes. At this point you can make any changes you wish.
STEP THREE
LANDSCAPING
After our final draft is complete we present you with the final product with hopes everything is to your satisfaction. In the case that are changes to be made we will adjust your design accordingly. Once the final design is accepted you have a choice of how to advance with your project.
HOW TO PROCEED AFTER YOU HAVE YOUR DESIGN
OPTION ONE
DESIGN BUYOUT
Buying out your design simply means that you pay the balance of your design cost giving you full access and ownership to your design. Design Buyout is a great option if you have time to shop around for quotes from landscape contractors! Your design will be easy to read and understand therefore allowing you to get the most competitive and accurate price for your project.
OPTION TWO
FLYNN DESIGN BUILD
Flynn Design Company works in partnerships with a number of Landscape Construction Companies across the GTA. As partners, we have established a relationship based on quality of work and service and we trust them to get the job done on time and on budget. Flynn Design Build is a great option if you want the quality of your build to match the quality of your design.
